These terms govern use of the Nufra macOS application, website, subscriptions, and permanent Power User license.

License

Nufra grants you a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the software within the activated-device limits of your plan. The Free plan remains usable without a paid subscription.

Plans and renewal

Pro and Max renew for the billing period selected at checkout until canceled. Power User is a one-time license for the local advanced features described at purchase and does not include ongoing managed AI costs.

AI credits and fair use

Managed AI plans include monthly credits rather than unlimited inference. Local models and user-supplied providers do not consume Nufra credits. Limits may be adjusted prospectively when needed to keep the service reliable and economically sustainable.

Refunds and cancellation

You can cancel a subscription before the next renewal. Refund requests are handled according to the policy shown at checkout and applicable consumer law through the payment provider.

Availability

Local features are designed to continue without a network connection. Online services, previews, and beta capabilities may change or experience interruptions. Nufra is provided without a guarantee that it will be suitable for every workflow.

Acceptable use

You may not bypass device or credit enforcement, attack the service, share authentication tokens, or use managed services in violation of law or third-party rights.
